How I Found My Tribe on the Forums
I was extremely active on this one forum Ross training and I just again like I was following some of his workouts in my teenage years. Part of me connecting with the forums was also that I was pretty shy and I wasn't really have a big social life so like I would spend more time and solitude on the forums. Yeah well it's like you found your tribe of people through the internet. Today that's much more common than it was back then. Did you feel any sense of insecurity about that in your earlier years? Did I feel any sort of insecurity around I'm making friends on the internet. And everyone around me is making friends in relay. Okay. What would you say to somebody
