"I did everything every day. I was in the perfect condition and the support of my loved ones were a very, very, very big part of it," he says. "Fasting once a year, it's enough. When I was sick, everything, every day." His wife is also a martial artist; they've been together since she was five.

Fred Evrard (IG: @fredevrard.academy) has dedicated his entire life to martial arts, nutrition, health and fitness.
In 2020 he was diagnosed with genetic stage-3 colon cancer. Using a 21-day fast, a strict ketogenic diet, cold exposure, sun exposure, breathing, meditation, supplements and only 3 sessions of chemotherapy, he won his fight in only 4 months.
Today, at age 50, Fred feels better, healthier and stronger than he did a 35.
