Tara: The thing that creates the most capacity for me is my morning routine, which specifically includes a long walk or a long run. Charlie: I'm going to encourage people to do a one for one trade out of projects so drop an economic project that really doesn't have to happen this quarter and replace that with a self care project that would really feel you for this quarter.
