Is the MPT a Good MPT?

One easy tweak you can do from the real physique templates and this is not. I officially have said nothing. You can structure the earlier parts of the week for the same muscle group to be a little heavier and the later parts a little lighter. Once you start tweaking the MPT, the algorithms start to break and then it's not any good anymore. Just modify it a little bit and use your best guess and don't go crazy picking one or two exercises that are going to give you overload above the last week. That's where stimulus to fatigue ratio comes up as a real good analysis tool.
