Retrospection Is Power
confidence and impowerment usually come after ther action is taken. So take the action. It doesn't have to be that big. Maybe just take a small step towards the big action you're trying to make. Ok? If it's a job that you want to leave, just write the letter, decide on a date and leave it on your computer. Just start taking the tiny, little actions. And then the confidence will come. Retrospection is power. Give yourself some time, some little slices of time in your day, or your week, or your month, to just look back and realize that actually, i have madebig decisions before.
