Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

There are times when you check all those boxes and for some reason, people's symptoms don't get better. A true thoracic outlet syndrome is where the more problematic issues take place close to the neck. The diagnosis of exclusion doesn't even include things that they were unable to really recognize as functional deficits. It often gets mistaken for shoulder issues or elbow issues in reality.
