i never knew that the root word, the word decide comes from to cut off. Ye, t, i hear that from tony robins, ye. And an episode 32, we talk about that. Yes, i start with, what can you cut out? You know, it's, it's th i never, i love words, and i think people are too hard on themselves. So i want to be very clear when you and i advise people what t they cut off. It is not from a place of judgment. It is from aplace of, i've been there. I have to cut something out. The TV show is really not filling your bucket.
