How to Remember Yourself

Having things written down helps me because honestly it's hard for me to reflect on those lower points in my life without my journal. You cannot think that your brain will remember every single thing or process it in the most effective way just how many things are going on in our brain all at one time and especially with social media when we have the attention span of like pigs right now  it's almost impossible so i really like the idea like taking journaling and explaining it in that sense.
