Are You Losing Iron?

Adina is wondering how somebody with anemia might still be able to get enough iron in their diet if they're eating a whole food, plant base diet. If it's iron deficiency anemia, the doctor's first step is not to say, what can you eat that's got more iron in it? And so green vegetables have lots of iron in them. Do not do the 19 fifties thing. A liver, red meat. They do have iron, and it's highly absorbable, and it comes along with callestrial saturated fat. Some people will also add vitemand sea rich foods to make sure that the iron is really more absorbable.
