The Differences Between Men and Women's Fitness

The biggest difference between men and women is the menstrual cycle. The other thing that's different is a woman's ability to adapt. Women have an incredible ability to adapt as evidenced by their ability to adapt in pregnancy. So imagine a fit person, imagine an elite athlete and what their adaptation is capable of. And I think that's where we capitalize in helping women to train and optimize their performance is harnessing that ability.
