Take the leftover veg at the bottom of the week you know and make it into a vegetable soup. You've always got some soup for lunch or a few evening meal as well. All you just need is a freezer and if you don't add dairy to it it actually lasts longer so that's the other sort of option to think about when you're reheating and things. The best advice I give to anyone whether that's starting a healthy eating habit or getting involved in like more thrifty cooking is to master one recipe at a time.
