The Effect of Exhaustive Exercise on Muscle Protein Synthesis
There's breakdown that's naturally happening in the body no matter what. And then I'd assume that gets ramped up when somebody starts doing resistance training. We do know that exhaustive exercise does increase the degradation time. But to put an actual number on it, I've never seen anybody attempt to do that.
