Why You Shouldn't Communicate With Your Customers

When companies communicate properly, they will see an uptick in churn. If you sent all of your receipts, emails on the same day of the month, that would be the highest churn month of your month. So don't play victim of recession. Don't do it. Well, because your customers don't care about your costs,. They care about their costs, right? And so my reaction is like, wait, so it's tough for me right now, but it's going to be tougher for me because it's Tough for you?"
