Commandos Are Not Good at That
One of the biggest challenges of that is like I have a guy who knocks it out of the park every time he's one of the smartest people. He could make somewhat happy but I can't put him on this cheap hamster wheel of turning these things out one after the other. The commandos are not good at that they get super bored they want bigger challenges and so you just have to staff that differently if you were going to use staff at all. There are people that cannot stand that level of off-book improvisation and would just love to be in a cover band or playing in frozen fire at people's writings.
