Andrew at least gets six referrals the point of every sale so how do you get these guys trained up and dialed in on what needs to be done? Andrew is definitely a tiger yeah when you talk about it he doesn't need a lot I mean he's gonna eat no matter what right. We make it a priority for them to then re-teach it either back to us or down to their team I well that's one of the best ways to learn something is to teach it like as soon as you learn it go teach it yep!
