The List Makers

i love children's books because they distil like all these elements of the brain and subconscious and neural circuits into just such simple stories and terms. And i'm in a start to adopt that practice, me too. If we create external rewards for what we're doing, that it can actually get in our way. It changes as we go but am there's always some friction. The action is rarely that we can't move our hand, we can't type on the keyboard. But when we learn to kind of dance with them a little bit better, about it really can make the process a lot more bearable.
