The Importance of Empowering Recruiters to Speak Up
Hiring managers are often on power trips where they think like they're the ultimate decision maker. Your recruiter is your guide through the process and should be able to stop you from doing something outrageous. Make sure that your hiring process is equitable, meaning it's documented. Consider training your hiring managers because very early hiring managers are mostly going to hire in their likeness.
