i'm going to start off fairly slow, because i want to start in the mornings where it's cold. The half is just like, you don't none of the neutrition meally matters for that. One thing i noticed on the week, and t was quite cold, i ran, i, like, three pem in the afternoon, and like, te pretty much all shade at that point. And then now i've done some runs in the heat this week, and you gett te host, huge, right? So i need flat track. And onead, start early, cause i still need the coolness, cause, you know, come for five weeks now,
