Is High Intensity Workout Producing More Minacondria a Good Idea?

The endurance group and the high intensy interval groups, they both had more mint to condrar at the end of the time. Just that the high intenst interval gas getter quicker. If we're not oiling the cogs and the gears, then are we getting the benefit of having more of it? So should we be getting that signal, let's have more machines, but then also spending time in the workout of lower intensities to actually oil the machinery that it works well? Is that kind ofwat you're saying?
