The Importance of Physical Touch in Sleep
One of the best ways to regulate your nervous system, which then leads to amazing sleep is actually physical touch. So whether that's with a dog or with someone you love, one of my resets during the day is I'm blessed enough my wife actually comes home. And the first thing we do is big hug, long hug, 10 second hug. It just totally free regulates the nervous system for both of us.
