Rem sleep was discovered by a scientist only in the 19 fifties. He was just watching children sleep. In this state, our brain is as active as when we're awake. And rem sleep, they think is supposed to help with memor y and concentration and also mood. The second half te nights a lille bit more detail oranted. So if somebody's nodding off listening to your podcast, ouch,. unless, of course, your dearest scooter churning out the sleep with me podcast.
