There's almost like a spiritual component to it. I mean, like you put yourself through the gauntlet of the cold and it prepares you in many ways for other stressors in life. There's like a spillover effect. It seems like it is and I have seen people go from in my studies, there was this guy who he was so stressed. He wanted to become a winter swimmer because he he found a very nice and romantic. And he really wanted that for himself. So he did know there were some kind of component to this he had heard about which was very beautiful at least.
