We often have these conversations about work life balance. A very common topic is setting boundaries. I think it's really at the heart of a lot of what we're talking about. The pandemic was almost an amplifier or a magnifying glass for where all of us were in our own mental health. And now that we're working physically in our homes and our work is physically closer to us when it was already probably mentally too close to us, we all struggled with that.
