How to Set a Wind Down Time

Sally Kohn: If you are sleeping at different times, that right there is already one thing that everybody can do. But if you have a huge variety of what time you sleep, setting sort of not just a sleep time, but actually I find that it's important to set a wind down time. There should be a time where it's like, okay, it's time to start winding down no different than how we do with kids.
