How Do You Find the Right People to Work for You?

When you have a team of, we have 28 now, people around the world, uh, you guys must have more than that. I'm guessing with five locations, you must have like 60 or plus people working for you, right? So it becomes really difficult to implement changes or even hold people accountable to things because a lot of those people probably have never met each other or worked different shifts and aren't on at the same time. It's really easy for the left handed to be, to, to do something without the right hand knowing about it or vice versa.
