I feel like a lot of people tracking is can be a very cool tool to get you to understand what's in food But there should be a point where you learn to ditch the scale and you learn to just eat things habitually Where it's tracking doesn't have to be a big part of your life. Intuitive eaters we know them in the internet a guy is listening to your body They're not intuitive because they tracked for so long before yeah, they they're guys. Let's make sure you're more carbohydrate I think it's better to let people pick themselves.
