How do we trick ourselves into doing the thing that we don't think tht we want to do and is good for us? Ye, well, there'sh you know, there's two ways to do it. The force your self approach works best if it's pared with the second practice, which is forcing yourself to notice what you like. Cause the wanting system can update. It just doesn't do it naturally. But after a really hard yoga class, or after calling that friend when you didn't feel like it, take time to notice, like, does this good? And you'r like, ya, this actually feels nice.
