The Importance of Listening to Customers
If the company doesn't have a culture where everyone is talking to customers, I mean, top down, one thing that could be an agent of change is having the CEO or one of the leaders regularly show how they listen to their customers. Salespeople want to share lead or someone to talk to if it means providing value to that person. It's a great perk, but not for every shopper, every buyer. And if you're a PM, it's a great way to sell it. Does anyone have any of these types of ICPs on who are willing to get on the horn? Because not everyone is a good fit for a customer interview.
