The Story Telling Is Per Key to Customer Success and Custom Success
Jeff: Data is the key to unlocking exactly how your customers are possibly using your product, what they're doing with it. And i think that we're in the space nowadays where data is so valuable,. But how you're telling the appropriate story, like you said, is super key to being a great customer success manager and also a custom success leader as well. I totally agree.
