How to Manage Stress

When I'm more positive, things just sort of like roll off me and I can handle challenges better. Fitness is my anchor. That's where it all starts. When I train, I feel better. And that may be an hour walk in the afternoon without my phone with a good playlist. It may be going for a massage or having a sauna. But I really, really strive to take care of myself during those stressful periods. We always have to make sure we cut back on our self-care when we're under stress.
