The lining of their blood vessels can start to shift. So it's going to be nice and healthy and flexible and wide open. It becomes much more narrow and compromised with fatty plaques building up this whole cascade of events because we weren't designed to be under constant threat. Some people, for instance, find exercise very stress relieving. They love it. And so many people, the thought of exercise is very stressful. And so it doesn't have the same effect. You know, it's just really interesting what works for who and why. Even identical twins aren't identical in their response to things. I find out what works for you.
