"I had a bad relationship with fitness. I honestly thought fitness was something that like everyone hated, like you just had to do it," she said. "So why would I want to get off the couch and do that? Right? What? Setting myself up for failure, essentially." She started going to her gym at 5.20am every day in October of 2021.
