For people who only do resistance training and don't care about cardio, what is the benefit of them in core praying cardio for their resistance training? Yeah. I think if you have a better cardiovascular, or let's call it the O2 max, you just have more aerobic capacity. Your ability to recover between sets is improved. A little bit of cardio can go a long way to overall improving your experience of your health and wellness.
