Last year, last year I had a really difficult year. It's actually what led me to working with Lindsay and then going through her trauma certification for coaches. Looking back, I can see how I needed to go through all this trauma because it taught me so much. And it's helped me really get better at being a coach and healing and helping other people,. which is my life mission.
