Squat When You Can
I've never been injured before, and i didn't realize how ta problem until the pain in my left side started making it difficult to walk. I hope to at least goblet squat again, but being ultra conservative in my progression as injury process was generally frightening. The movement of squattingis important. The load is not a goblet. Squat when you can. With a rope or suspension trainer, you put all the weight in there. And you practised squatting. That's what i did to overcome my total hipreplacements.
