I think medical affairs really feels like a black box. Like, what are you going to do? How do I measure number of insights? Well, not really clear. And that's where digital platforms and digital, you know, technology is allowing for that more of a two-way conversation or a small group conversation and exchange in real time. It's just a scary place for pharma.
