How to Find the Right Training Frequency for You
Yoke squad is running like dorian's prime split. Some people feel like every time we go to a more frequent training split that they seem better results and then some people when we do less frequently. For me anywhere from three to four heavy working sets in for a muscle group in the session is all i'm going to do and then maybe it gets repeated five days later or maybe it's seven days later.
