11 Madison Park was the restaurant I owned for over a decade. The idea of one restaurant being the best in the world is patently absurd. We got to be number one by being just as unreasonable as all those chefs were about what they served, but to point that relentlessness towards how we served that food. And perhaps more importantly, how we made the people feel that we were serving it too.
