When I get into a space of feeling upset or angry or sad, any strong emotion, really, I kind of like to do what I call like a mindful reflection meditation. So this could be a meditation that she incorporates into her practice, where she allows herself to mindfully reflect on what were the occurrences that led up to her getting burned out. Remembering that meditation is not just about, you know, when you're feeling angry or upset to go and sit and meditate. It's also about prevention, a consistent practice can help prevent things like burnout.
