Once you get a calory surplus d you gained a significant amount of muscle and strength, and you kind of want it. So i tend to be cautious about how much fatigue i create. Maybe alternate a heavy day with a light orer day. And then just use the low intensity stuff, four ten minute walks a day after meals, and just staying on my feet more.
