How to Diagnose a Posterior Shoulder Dislocation

Dr. Ciel: It's easy for anybody to miss a posterior shoulder dislocation because these patients have very limited mobility. Pediatric elbow, so going further down can be tricky; we're always looking for the supercondular fracture. The knee is really interesting, because I may not see a fracture line, but on the lateral view, I'm looking for indentation of the femoral condyle. In kids, it was fractures at the elbow, wrist, and foot that were the most common in adults,. And then in the elderly, it was the pelvis and hip.
