Are You Overthinking This?

If you go out and start changing your movements to morrow, you are not creating new mussel men. What we're doing is re writing our soft ware which then tells the muscle what to do. Art to change your movement, the good movement has got to outweighthe not so good movement. So even if you were running 30 miles a week in three runs, you might want to run 30mile a week, but in five or six runs. For some people, to joke, go for that little and often approach rather than just long runs.
