In today’s episode, we’re digging into a topic that impacts millions of women, but still isn’t widely understood: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome or PCOS.
It’s a personal one for me, as I’ve had PCOS for over a decade now, and whenever I search for information about the condition, I’m faced with reddit threads rather than professional advice, because so little research is done into PCOS and conditions like it. So, I wanted to create a resource for people like me, who are struggling to understand what they’re going through and desperate for information.
So today we’re talking symptoms, diagnosis, lifestyle changes that actually help, and how to advocate for yourself when you’re not being heard.
So, If you’ve ever struggled with your cycle, your skin, your mood, or been gaslit at the GP about your pain, this episode is for you.
