So we've got this idea of, I don't know what you want to call it, but emotional distractions. Then becomes the next level, the next layer, which is at least as a beginning point to this conversation. The first one is really deep inside. It's like you got to tug at some really hard strings to figure that out. This one's the internal one. And as you said, it's that fulfillment framework and the film framework. Once you structure, I'll talk a little bit about that. Then it becomes awareness, intention, and action. So if we think of focus, which is what we're trying to frame this whole thing around, focus, the opposite
