I find the best podcast episodes are the ones where you may hit a little bit of the outline and of the prepared questions. But you never really look at them. I like to actually hand write notes. This is part of my learning process of how I try to make what I'm learning sticky hand written notes. And then I type them out. So that's the one element that I do more of on Zoom and less of when I interview people in person is in person, I try to stay looking at them.
