The Importance of Stability in Squat Technique

The most important thing is that you choose something that is going to be stable and safe. So when it comes to using plates, they're not impossible, but you're on like the edge of a rounded surface. In terms of stability, that's probablylike the lowest amount of stability that you could use in terms of elevating your heels. If you all you are going to use is a single slant board, you pretty much need to limit your squat technique to whatever you can do. But if you don't have any other option, I'm going to say probably choose that over using plates.
