Customer success people would be a much better advocate of the market, but what i've seen in the market is there are some teams where their customer success folks, they'll hav basically a hundred and five % quota. And then there's others who kind of don't have any like connection to revenue at all. So it's a little unfair to be like, w we o. We're not tied to the actual money in any particular way.
