I'd Love to Have a Simulator for Pilots' Annual Training

We've had discussions about trying to get some of the med crew down to the simulator for the annual training that our pilots do, so we can actually put hands on in a control, stimulated environment. And i would actually love to see those simulators used for a medical crew as well. Know that our pilots have to do certain amount of check rides, and they have to participate in the simulators of some of their annual training. But it would really be nice to have med crew implemented in that process, to be able to practice those procedures. I think that would be extremely effective. Personally, absolutely agreeye.
