A lot of times is athletes almost feel entitled to running well because they like hunkered down and put in the six months of work for this one race right. It's frustrating for them because if it doesn't go well then it's not like a 5k where you say okay I'm gonna rebound and run another one in two or three weeks and I'll be okay. The good ones are really good at getting when when what am I trying to say when the stress they're good at turning the stress off, he says.
