D training really is kind of well they went into that they did do it pure they real D training after that where these were training so we're sissies yeah yeah absolutely. The maintenance data from those studies with a really interesting part because as you say it can be just absolutely tiny elements of of stimulus to try and maintain. I think even just those small amounts of tension where you have to create isometric contractions are enough to even just kind of maintain stuff in the gym.
